Research Release: Assessing Social Drivers of Health, A Year Long Research Study Conducted by The Root Cause Coalition

Join this webinar to hear findings from The Root Cause Coalition’s public insights study assessing current attitudes, opinions and habits of the U.S. population related to the social drivers of health. The overall study utilized a blend of quantitative and qualitative research methods with a specific focus on primary care providers, Medicare/Medicaid recipients and leaders within social service organizations. The objectives of this study were to:
- Identify awareness of and concern for health inequities and the overall impact of social determinants of health as a public health concern.
- Evaluate the prioritization of strategies to address health inequities, measured through ranking activities.
- Determine reasons for prioritization that could help inform communication strategies to improve awareness of the current state of social determinants of health.

Climate Change and Social Drivers: A Public Insights Study

Join The Root Cause Coalition for a presentation and discussion of our latest pulse survey. Conducted every other month, these studies are a “quick look” at what the public understands, considers and has experienced with respect to a multitude of social determinants. This month features an analysis of the public’s views and experiences with climate change and extreme weather as a public health concern. We will highlight different demographics and statistically significant findings throughout the survey of 1,000 Americans, 18 years of age and older.
The Time is Right to Invest in Women's Health
