Join Chefalo Consulting and Lucas County Care Net for a full day with national speaker, Shenandoah Chefalo as she provides an overview of trauma-informed systems and frameworks, resilience, including development and ongoing factors. Participants will have an increased understanding of key trauma-informed change topics, such as organizational chronic stress, parallel process and collective disturbance, and the paradigm shift. We will discuss and learn about the connections between compassion fatigue and organizational chronic stress and what to do about it.
