Health Equity 101

Description

Join TRCC and Health Net of West Michigan for a "Health Equity 101" training. This training provides a foundation for understanding health equity and health-related social needs and a baseline introduction to personal identity and diversity in values. 

Learning Objectives: 

· Define health equity

 · Identify community disparities as they relate to health-related social needs 

· Report on the areas that comprise your personal identity and rank them from most salient to least salient · Compare and contrast personal values with others
