Health Equity 101

Description

Join TRCC and Health Net of West Michigan for a "Health Equity 101" training. This training provides a foundation for understanding health equity and health-related social needs and a baseline introduction to personal identity and diversity in values. 

This training offers CEUs in Michigan (only) for social workers and community health workers.  

Learning Objectives: 

• Define health equity 
• Identify community disparities as they relate to health-related social needs 
• Report on the areas that comprise your personal identity and rank them from most salient to least salient
• Compare and contrast personal values with others Registrants will receive an email with zoom information.
