Health Equity 101

Join us for a dynamic, 2.5-hour virtual training designed to introduce key concepts of health equity and health-related social needs. Health Equity 101 will guide participants through an engaging journey of self-reflection and collaborative learning, highlighting how personal identity and values shape our understanding of disparities.

• Interactive activities exploring identity, values, and community needs

• A post-session survey to improve future trainings

• Identify disparities tied to health-related social needs

• Reflect on their own identity and how it influences perspective
