The Leaders in Equity and Diversity (LEAD) Collaborative is made up of more than 30 healthcare delivery, community organizations, non-profits and government agencies in the Mid-Atlantic region who committed to sharing best practices and implementing bold solutions that reduce disparities by 2024. Members of the LEAD Collaborative each set measurable goals in at least one of three key areas: reduce health care disparities; address social determinants of health; and increase diversity in their organization’s leadership. Attendees will learn about a regional approach that is mobilizing community and health care leaders to take meaningful, practical steps toward improving health for all.
